Enrollment List

Course Enrollment Lists or Waiting Lists.
Applies To:    Enterprise    Plus    Basic

Residency Category:

  • Ignore:  Residency records are ignored during the search.  If a Client has more than one Residency record and the report is grouped by School Name or School District, the client will display for each Residency record.
  • All Categories: Used to display all clients no matter what their Residency Relationship value is, but does not include those who do not have a Residency record.  Only Residency records with a start and end dates range within the selected date range will display.  If no Residency Date range is selected, the current date is used or the program year end date if the current date is after the program year end.
  • Academic: Same as "All Categories" except used to display all clients with a Residency records relationship value equal to 'Academic', but does not include those who do not have a Residency record. 
  • Billing: Same as "All Categories" except used to display all clients with a Residency records relationship value equal to 'Billing', but does not include those who do not have a Residency record. 
  • Residency: Same as "All Categories" except used to display all clients with a Residency records relationship value equal to 'Residency', but does not include those who do not have a Residency record.
  • Display District Counselor:  If Yes, enables display of residency record Counselor, job title, and phone number.  Only active for List, Quick List, Dates List, Original Enter Date, License, Registration List, and Wait List templates only.  Enterprise  version only.

Other Report Options:

  • Note that every Report Option is not used with every report template. 
  • When Template = Missing Invoice, only clients with an Assignment that is not linked to an Invoice are listed.  This report is designed to help users locate Assignments that have not been billed.  Option displays in Enterprise for InvoiceA, InvoiceB, and InvoiceC payment method setups only.
  • When Template = Waitlist, subgroup order is first by waitlist date and time, then secondly by client name.
  • When template = Credits List, credit type and credits are displayed from the Client Assignment.
  • Name Tag templates use the following Avery formats.  Note that font size is set for most first name lengths but may cut off first names longer than 18-20 characters.
    • Name Tag 1 = Avery 2-1/3" X 3-3/8" adhesive name tag format.
    • Name Tag 2 = Avery 2" X 4" adhesive name tag format.
  • Name Tags:
    • Alternate Title:  If report option is used, replaces Organization Name in the name tag header.
    • Display Details:  If report option = Details, Course Title will appear below last name.
  • Name Tents:  Displays client name, and if entered, the client’s company.  If Alt Tile report option is used, the Alt Title will replace the Organization Name in the name tent header.
  • Session Exclude: If not blank, the report will include all searched Clients that do not have an Assignment for the Excluded Session.  This report option works for all the templates except the Over Enrolled template.
  • Display Balance Due:  Enables display of the Balance Due for Enrollment List, Quick List and Registration List templates only.  Report Option only available in Enterprise version using InvoiceB and InvoiceC payment method.
