Add Residency

Used to add a residency record to all clients that do not have a currently active Residency record.


Navigation

Tools  Client Functions > Add Residency

Applies To:    Enterprise


Details 

  • Only one Residency can be selected during this process and all Clients meeting the above criteria will contain the same Residency selected.

  • The Residency start and end dates will match the Program Year Start and End Dates from the Branch Unit table.

  • Duplicates records will not be created during this process.

  • This process does not have an 'undo' element.  Once the process has started, it cannot be undone or stopped.


To Run

  • Select a Residency option from the list box.

  • Click OK to start the process or click CLOSE to quit and close the window.

  • Follow the screen prompts through the rest of the process.
