Cart Items

Prints details or statistics related to the WebReg module shopping cart.  The Cart table is not a modifiable table.  The contents can only be viewed through these reports.

There are two templates available.

  • Cart Items: Displays content of carts.
  • Stats-Count: Displays counts for new, cancelled, completed and time-out carts.

Cart Items

Prints list of carts and the contents from WebReg module.

  • Status = Aborted:  There is no completed or cancelled date in the cart record.
  • Status = Cancelled:  There is a cancelled date in the cart record.
  • Status = Completed:  There is a completed date in the cart record.
  • Cart ID Number:  This field search and display is for the hidden cart identifier.  If provided this number by XenDirect support staff, this number can be used to locate the contents of a cart that may not have completed processing.
  • Order ID/Tracking Number:  If available, the Order ID or Tracking Number from the payment gateway will display and is searchable. 
    • For many payment gateways, this field was not recorded in the Cart Item report until starting 12/3/15.
    • Scholarchip Payment Gateway:  This field will display/search the Order ID.
    • All Other Gateways: This field will display/search the Transaction ID.
  • IP Address:  This is the IP address of the client adding the cart. This field will only contain values starting 6/18/15 5:00 AM EST.
  • Amount Paid: For cancelled and abandoned carts, Amount Paid is the amount that was recorded at that time to be paid if the cart was completed.

Stats-Count

Prints list of carts and the times related to the open, cancel, completion, and time-out from WebReg module.

  • Status = Aborted:  There is no completed or cancelled date in the cart record.

  • Status = Completed:  There is a completed date in the cart record.

  • Minutes Spent in cart:  Measures the amount of time the client spent between the cart opening and either completion or cancellation.
  • Note:
    • As of 3/7/16, cart opens when client first adds an item to the cart.  Prior to 3/7/16, cart opens when client logs into WebReg module.
    • The following search options are ignored in this template:  Course Code, Client First Name, and Client Last Name.
    • Prior to March 1, 2016, only the Open, Completed, and Canceled date stamps existed.  Other date fields were added 3/1/16.
