The NYSED EPE/EA reports are no longer updated based on NYSED's requirement that reporting organizations use the ASISTS software to report EPE/EA.  The EPE/EA reports still remain available in XenDirect but are based on the last update made prior to the ASISTS requirement in 2005 and are provided for historical reference only.  Support for these reports is limited to assuring the reports will run "as is" without error.

EPE/EA Comparison

Prints revenue and hours comparison across EPE and EA categories.  This report is a New York State feature.

• Recalculation option in toolbar deletes and recalculates temporary table from which report obtains its data. New data entered will not display in the report until a Recalculation is completed. Last Recalculation date and time will display on screen and on report.  This function will only include attendance dates that fall between and including the Program Year Start Date and Program Year End Date in the Branch Profile.
  
• Report will display a Recalculation prompt if more than one Last Recalculation date/time are in the temporary table and the report will not display.
• Balance of hours not included in the EPE and EA categories display under the "Other" column.

EPE/EA Data Audits

Print EPE/EA data audit reports.  This report is a New York State feature.

• There are no parameters for these reports. All relevant records will display for the current logged in Branch.

EPE/EA Revenue

Print EPE/EA revenue reports. EPE and EA are contact-hour based funding formulas based on age and diploma status.  This report is a New York State feature.

• Recalculation option in toolbar deletes and recalculates temporary table from which report obtains its data. New data entered will not display in the report until a Recalculation is completed. Last Recalculation date and time will display on the screen and on the report.  This function will only include attendance dates that fall between and including the Program Year Start Date and Program Year End Date in the Branch Profile.

• Some report parameters are ignored for certain templates such as SA-160 forms.
