User Audit Report

Prints a list of Client and client related records where the user name is in the Entered By or Modified By fields of records.  Since the Modified By field changes every time a record is saved, this audit can only display records where the user was the creator or last modifier of the record.

• Report Focus:  Select which focus is desired for the report.  If client, select the criteria for the client(s) desired and the report will display all users for the client(s) desired.  If user focused, the display will be for all Client records Entered By or Modified By the specific user.
