• Reporting (all versions)
  • 17 of the reports that now use InSight have been modified as follows:
    • Additional filter added for Enrollment Status = Enrolled/Active, Enrolled/OnHold, and Applicant/Visitor. This now matches the filters from the prior Crystal Reports versions.
    • "QuickTools" has been added to the printed report title.

• Reporting (all versions)
  • QuickTools reporting has been enabled and modified to run the equivalent InSight reports. At the time of this posting, the reports that should be filtered by Enrollment Status will not possess that filter. Those reports will show all clients regardless of status. Programmers are working to complete the last step by adding that automatic filter for actively enrolled clients and visitors.
  • Update 9:40 AM ET: The issue with blank reports for multi-branch sites has been resolved.

  • Due to the crash of one of the Crystal report servers, a modification was made to print all QuickTools reports to another server.

  • In a mult-branch site, when an email is sent from QuickTools, a change has been made to send referencing the first branch the staff member is linked to. Previously it was sent referencing the first branch within the site.

  • "QuickTools" has been added to the subject and body of the forgot password email as well as the staff case note. These additions help users better identify the source of the email.

  • A fix for a slow query related to displaying attendance is resolved.

• Forgot Password/Username (all versions)
  • The FROM email has been changed to use the Branch email address rather than the Xenegrade "noreply" address. This resolves the issue when a customer uses their own SMTP server and the Xenegrade email address is not an approved sending email address.

  • The combination of Message Log and SendGrid records has been modified to to account for the generic Message Log record in addition to the SendGrid record.
• Class List (all versions)
  • The list of classes available to upload documents has been modified from one day prior to the course section start date to the number of days set in the Restrict Edit setting.

FIXES

• Document Upload (all versions)
  • The location where files were uploading has been resolved. Files uploaded from QuickTools were not visible in the Admin module or in the WebReg module (if shared).

  • For security reasons, the staff member can now request a reset of their password directly from QuickTools. A system administrator can no longer access or change the staff password.
