  • The link now correctly directs the suer to the Support Center articles on Release 2 updates. The asterisk denoting unread update entries has been removed as the Support center method of posting updates does not support that function.
• Items Removed (all versions)
  • The following items have been removed as they are no longer used:
    • Link to Community Forum
    • Xenegrade menu
• Ed2Go (all versions, if enabled)
  • The Update Descriptions function now also updates the Requirements field.
• Report Menu (all versions)
  • For sites no longer connected to the prior Crystal Reports server will receive a prompt to use InSight when trying to run a Crystal report. Exceptions are receipts, invoices, and Send Email lists.
• News Email Subscription (all versions)
  • The existing link in the User Profile options for subscribing to the News email address list has been modified. The label has changed to "Subscribe" and is now a link to a new subscribe form via MailChimp.

• Reporting (all versions)
  • Due to the crash of one of the Crystal report servers, a modification was made to print as the most common reports to another server. Embedded reports with these words in the report name are included: receipt, invoice, balance, and onaccount.
  • In addition, the same change has been made for the Email Invoice function to locate the logo (if used) from the other server.
  • This deploy started at 9:00 AM ET but operates in phases. It could up to eight hours to deploy to all customer sites.

  • The underlying query has been modified to correctly display the Client SSN if the partial value is less than the normal SSN length but more than the 4 and 5 lengths currently restricted. The change now allows the ability to display the SSN as entered when not in the standard NNN-NN-NNNN format.

The issue was resolved 5/24/2022 and the emails that would have been sent early that morning were sent manually later in the day. A confirmation of the email process was done on 5/25/2022. Auto scheduled emails for the following customers and dates were not sent.

  • Users will receive a Release 3 prompt to remind them of the Release 2 retirement in 2022 and a suggestion to log into Release 3. This prompt will display at login if the user:
    • Has never logged into Release 3.
    • Has not logged into Release 3 for more than 30 days.
• Custom Questions (Enterprise and Plus versions)
  
  • The tool to convert questions from Release 2 to Release 3 has been modified to account for questions without a Question Type value.
  • The Question Settings tab now displays "archived" message once the Release 3 version is enabled.
• User Profile (all versions)
  • Three of the email notification options have been removed. The remaining "News" option is the only remaining email notification option. The other three options have been replaced by the new status website.
• System User (all versions)
  • The ability to delete users has been removed. To maintain legacy data, system user records can only be deactivated by expiring the user via the start and end date fields.

  • An issue that would attach the new Custom Questions to all legacy course sections has been resolved. The workflow now only attaches course sections with a start date greater than the date the copy workflow is run.
  • If you desire to have Xenegrade Support delete all course sections that are currently attached to Custom Questions incorrectly due to this workflow, please submit a request via a support ticket. Be sure to provide the section start date as the cutoff date. All links between course sections and the custom questions will be removed. Note that course sections will not be deleted in this process, just the link between sections and questions.
