Updates, new features, and fixes for the XenDirect Admin Module - Release 3

Release Numbers: There are four parts to the release number as represented by A.B.C.D where: A = Release version, B = Sequential year of release (2020 is year 1, 2021 is year 2, etc.), C = Month of the year, and D = The sequential number of the release that month. Example: 3.3.12.02

  • The issue related to printing an invoice from the Main Menu > Financial > Invoices list has been resolved.
• Multi-Payment (all versions)
  • The ability to enter an unformatted card number when the payment type = Gift card has been resolved.
• Send Email (all versions)
  • The error when using Send Email with a Course Section saved filter that contains both a course code and enrollment status filter has been resolved.

  • The ability to use the keyword search for Last Name, Full Name has been added.

  • The invoice number has been modified to prevent a manual entry of a number greater than 2000000000.

  • The issue related to the missing leading character on manual entering dates has been resolved.

  • The incorrect redirects for many Support Center links have been resolved.
• Client Mailing Company and Employer (all versions)
  • When saving a Client record with either or both a Company Mailing name and an Employer Name, the values of each are saved to the correct primary key values.

  • The issue related to issuing refunds has been resolved.

  • The issue related to refunds when selecting "Check" as the refund type and selecting a payment that contains a credit card transaction number has been resolved.

  • The Xenegrade News display has been removed from the home/dashboard. A News link has been added to the header/user profile window.
    

FIXES

• Deleted General Ledger (all versions)
  • The issue where existing transaction records also record to the deleted general ledger table has been resolved. Program engineers will review the contents of the deleted general ledger table and clean up records that should not have been recorded.
• Attendance AddAll (Enterprise)
  • The client name list now sorts in alpha order.
• Client Advanced Filter (all versions)
  • The error when the advanced filter contains an "includes" operator with more than two elements and also uses the Assignment Status field has been resolved.
  • The issue where some advanced search displays duplicate client rows has been resolved.

• Performance (all versions)
  • A change to a cache setting for certain operations has been modified to improve performance. This is just one of several performance enhancements scheduled to be deployed during the fourth quarter of 2021.
• Client Profile and Browser Auto-Fill (all versions)
  • The Auto-Fill feature available in Browser settings has been fully or partially disabled in the Client Profile Form. Results may vary based on individual browser settings. Those that do not want Auto-Fill to be active when entering new records should disable this feature in their browser settings.

  • The display of the balance Due / OnAccount above the client profile has been resolved.

  • Using the [Assignment Status] field in the Advance search has been corrected to filter properly.
  • The inability to save the city, state and postal code on a new Client record is resolved.
  • The Send Single Email error run from a Client record is resolved.
• Forgot Username/Password (all versions)
  • For SMTP organizations, the issue related to the emails not being sent using these functions has been resolved.
• License Expire Notification (all versions)
  • The error message display when licensing has expired has been corrected to display the proper expiration message instead of an error message.
• Send Email (all versions)
  • The issue related to the "no recipients" for some saved search results has been resolved.
• Course Section (all versions)
  • The error when using the Check Wed Display feature has been resolved. The error only occurred when the Alt Registration End field was blank.
• Custom Questions (Enterprise and Plus)
  • The How Heard custom question option that was missing has been added.
  • The Emergency Contacts custom question option that was missing has been added. (Enterprise only)

  • The issue related to a Forgot Password is resolved. The issue only existed when the maximum number of users equaled the active user count.
