Keyword Search List

Following is a list of the data fields used in keyword searches and the related data table. Unless otherwise noted, these fields cover all versions of Release 3.

• Client Profile
  
  • Client Last Name, First Name
    • This version of the name search seeks both the last name and first name match. This version is triggered by the comma between the last name and first name entered as "last, first". The fields are a match where the search string is located at the start of the last name and first name. Examples:
      • "Smi, A" would find Smith, Adam and Smithers, Annie but not Westsmith, Arnold.
      • "Smith, Rhonda" would find Smith, Rhonda and Smithers, Rhonda but not Smith, Randy.
        
  • Client Name
    • This version of the name search seeks the search string located anywhere in the first name or last name.

  • Home Phone *
    • Formatted (###) ###-####. Works best when not using area code.
  • Mobile Phone *
    • Formatted (###) ###-####. Works best when not using area code.
  • Date of Birth (full dates) *
