  • Drop Feature (all versions) 
    • If enabled, the Drop feature has been modified to not display the drop option unless the enrollment status is active.
    • "Drop" has been moved to the start of the email confirmation subject line.

FIXES

  • Search Screen (all versions - mobile devices) 
    • The issue where the left bar takes up part of the screen and pushes the search results off the right side of the page is resolved for most mobile device browsers. It was tested on iPhones and Android with Safari and Firefox browsers. Clients may have to clear their browser cache if the issue remains. There is the possibility that older devices may not display correctly. Those that have their fonts set larger for readability may have to scroll horizontally to see all the columns of the page.

  • Forgot Password Email (all versions) 
    • The issue that prevent some email extensions (i.e. gmail.com) from receiving emails is resolved. The issue only existed for a few WebReg sites. The same fix is in process for all other WebReg features that utilize email.

  • Memberships (Enterprise and Plus versions)
    • An "In Cart Membership" feature has been added. This new feature allows a Paid Membership to be added to the Client's cart and the additional purchases in that same cart use that Membership's Fee Group rather than the current Client's Fee Group.

    • The Fax option on Marketing Methods has been removed.

FIXES

  • Client Profile (all versions)
    • The check for duplicate SSN has been resolved. The issue only existed where imported SSN values were not encrypted and the duplicate check process did not compare against those values.
  • Payments (all versions)
    • The issue where certain transactions would fail based on missing expiration dates has been resolved.
  • Program Applications (custom)
    • The restriction on the maximum number of active applications allowed has been resolved.
