Release Numbers: There are four parts to the release number as represented by A.B.C.D where: A = Release version, B = Sequential year of release (2020 is year 1, 2021 is year 2, etc.), C = Month of the year, and D = The sequential number of the release that month. Example: 3.4.11.02

  • The intermittent issue preventing some users from completing the process has been resolved.
• Corporate OnHold Slots (all versions)
  • Issues that would cause the quantity in the Corporate Assignment to decrease as slots are used is resolved. The issue related to invoices still remains. In every scenario, the primary Corporate invoice may incorrectly change the line item quantity to match the assignment when it should not based on how slots are used. Users should manually review and correct the Corporate invoice as needed.

  • The inability to edit Client Fee Options is resolved.
• ProTrain (all versions)
  • The error when sending the registration over to ProTrain is resolved.

• Canvas Integration (all versions)
  • The Send Course process has been corrected for the following issues:
    • Sends over all course sections instead of just the one pushed.
    • After the send process, the section displays as unpublished and no instructor.
    • Update action button displays even if course section has not been sent yet.
    • Sending a course section for an existing course creates another unique and duplicate course.

  • The two fields have been modified so that the hours portion saves with two digits for the hours 1-9. This resolves an issue where some scripts expect the double digit hour to match filters. Over the next few weeks, existing data will be corrected for the missing zero.
• Embedded Certificates (custom integrations only)
  • The custom embedded certificates that launch from Client Assignments has been added.

FIXES

• Branch Web Settings (all versions)
  • The "Show" fields in the Client profile portion now correctly display the saved values rather than displaying as if there were no values.
• Client Profile (all versions - AWS)
  • The Balance Due that displays in the Client name bar now correctly filters for the existing Branch only on a multi-Branch site.
• Client Payments (all versions - AWS)
  • The issue where Client payment records would not display has been resolved. This issue existed for InvoiceA method sites only. Most sites are InvoiceB and InvoiceC.

  • Vendor and Vendor Date columns have been added to the Section > Enrollment list in the same way they display on Client Assignments. This was deployed 10/25/2023 but did not display for data center sites.
• Client Password (all versions)
  • The [Auto Generate Password] field has been removed. Instead, a password is now automatically created and recorded on a new client record when:
    • User name and client email fields are also added.
    • This was deployed 10/25/2023 but did not display for data center sites.
• Reassign Payment (all versions)
  • The [Reassign Payment] workflow has been modified to allow the reassignment of a payment from one client to another. The reassignment is restricted only to clients within within the same branch. This was deployed 10/25/2023 but did not display correctly for AWS sites.
    
• Client Fee Options (Enterprise and Plus versions)
  • The inability to add a new Client fee Option without an error has been resolved.
• Contracts (Enterprise version)
  • The error on a new Contract record is resolved.

  • The two staff related fields, [Sales Person] and [Support Person], are now filtered based on tagged Work Areas. For values already recorded, add the appropriate Work Areas to those staff records to prevent the "value no longer available" prompt.
    • Sales Person filters for Work Area = Contract Sales.
    • Support Person filters for Work Area = Contract Support.
• Vendor Logins (all versions)
  • The [Vendor Email] field no longer validates for an email format. This allows the field to be used for other vendor related values.
• Course Section / Vendors (all versions)
  • Vendor and Vendor Date columns have been added to the Section > Enrollment list in the same way they display on Client Assignments.
• Client Password (all versions)

  • The incorrect results for an Alt Group prerequisite has been temporarily resolved to allow an assignment to be added. The Alt Group prerequisite check is disabled until we locate the cause for the check issue that prevents adding an assignment.
• Gateway Processed (all versions)
  • The issue where non-credit card transactions are being tagged as Gateway Processed = Yes is resolved. This corrects transactions going forward but not backwards. If you would like Xenegrade to run an update query on past transactions to update all non-credit card transactions to Gateway Processed = No, please submit a ticket request.
• Update Assignment Dates (all versions)
  • The wording on the process form has been corrected to display relevant content.
• Branch Profile (all versions)
  • The issue where the Default Ethnicity field would not display a saved value has been resolved.
• Fee Options (all versions)
  • The issue where a client's existing Pick One fee cannot be removed has been resolved.
• Sequences (Enterprise and Plus versions)
  • The issue where all Course IDs would not display in the select list when adding a a new course to a sequence has been resolved.
• Client Assignment (all versions)
  • The issue when changing an existing "Enrolled/OnHold" status assignment to "Enrolled/Active" and getting a "Course Full" prompt is resolved.
• Client Members (all versions)
  • The incorrect message prompt when adding a new member that states the record already exists when it does not is resolved.

However, if certain sceanrioes do not record correctly, we would need to know exactly what scenario to research and resolve.

  • This issue is not a XenDirect issue but is instead an HTML issue with the Mozilla FireFox browser at about version 113 and 114. Until Mozilla corrects the issue, users may have to use a different browser.
