Updates, new features, and fixes for the XenDirect Admin Module - Release 3
Release Numbers: There are four parts to the release number as represented by A.B.C.D where: A = Release version, B = Sequential year of release (2020 is year 1, 2021 is year 2, etc.), C = Month of the year, and D = The sequential number of the release that month. Example: 3.3.12.02

- The system has been updated to add the few locations missing the automatic log function.
- A new field has been added to record if the log record was a New, Edit, or Deleted record. This new field does not contain a value for records added via Release 2.

- Enable 2020 Questions: This setting allows customers to enable the new Custom Questions format in the WebReg module. Contact support before changing this setting to Yes.

Security Permissions (all versions)
- New permission settings are added for the following four areas. These areas used the Branch permissions prior and did not allow for each of these four areas to be managed separately.
- Branch Images, Branch Links, Web Options, and Vendor Logins.
- The default setting for these new permissions prevents users from accessing the areas. System administrators will need to assign permissions to these areas as needed.
- New permission settings are added for the following four areas. These areas used the Branch permissions prior and did not allow for each of these four areas to be managed separately.

- The Stylesheet Update function has been added within the Branch Profile.

- A new System Settings function has been added to the Admin / Security header bar. This new feature is the future location of almost all new Admin and WebReg settings. Over time, existing settings will be moved to this new area. This new area provides advantages for the user to locate settings easier and allows Xenegrade to add new settings much faster.

- Default Search: This WebReg module setting allows customers to set the default search page when a client first arrives at the WebReg module. This setting is now active.
- Check Number Required: This Admin module setting makes the Check Number field of a payment transaction required when the payment type = Check. This setting is not yet enabled.
