Overview

This feature controls various options throughout all XenDirect modules including some custom features. Most of these settings have some form of an enable/disable option. All other fields are either locked or have a very specific format. It is recommended not to alter any field value except the [Enable] field. For questions about custom System Settings, please submit a support ticket.


Admin Module

Setting Name Version Description / Options
Check Number Required All Determines if check number and date are required when payment type is Check. Options: Yes/No
Enable 2 Factor Authentication Admin
All Determines if email is enabled or disabled 2 factor authentication for the R3 Admin module, Options: Yes/No
Enable Email Admin
All Determines if email is enabled or disabled for the entire Admin module. Options: Yes/No
Enable Global Report Logo
All Determines if the default logo displays on certain global InSight reports. Be sure to confirm with Xenegrade Support before enabling this feature.
Options: Yes/No
Enable IP Notification Admin
All Determines whether to check user login for new ip address. Options: Yes/No
InSight Print Balance Due
All Report ID and Key for embedded Print Balance Due report.
Options: Global/Local
InSight Print Invoice
All Report ID and Key for embedded Print Invoice report. Options: Global/Local
InSight Print Receipt
All Report ID and Key for embedded Print Receipt report. Options: Gloabl/Local
InSight Print Schedule
All Report ID and Key for embedded Print Schedule report. Options: Gloabl/Local
InSight Print Transcript
All Report ID and Key for embedded Print Transcript report. Options: Global/Local
Support URL Link
All This is the setting for the Support URL in the User Account Menu. The default is the Xenegrade Support Center URL, but can be changed to the URL your organization wants user to navigate to for support. Options: Always enabled
Enable SendGrid All Determines if email is enabled or disabled for SendGrid for all modules. Options: Yes/No


WebReg Module

Custom Certificates Custom Certificate settings will display for those with custom certificates.

Course List
All Enable report to list courses for upcoming Session in MyAccount > Reports.
Options: Yes/No
Course Program List
All Enable report to list courses for upcoming Session per Program in MyAccount > Reports. Options: Yes/No
Default Search
All Determines the default search when users click the search icon.
Options: Advanced / Category / Program
Enable 2020 Questions
All Determines if WebReg uses new 2020 version of Custom Questions.
Options: Yes/No (This option is deprecated with Release 2)
Enable Cart Membership
Enterprise
Plus
Enables membership prices when membership is in active cart.
Options: yes/No
Eval Grade Restriction
Enterprise
Plus
Determines if the WebReg grade will display if no evaluation is submitted.
Options: Yes/No
Set Drop Course Days
All Determines the number of days before the Course Section start date that the Drop Course link will display in the WebReg MyAccount for the Client. Setting is only used if Drop Course is enabled in Branch Web Options.
Options: 1-15
Set Drop Course Method
All Determines if the Drop Course method uses Delete or Change Status. Setting is only used if Drop Course is enabled in Branch Web Options.

Student Registrations List
All Enable report to list of client's registrations in MyAccount > Reports.
