Exports (InSight)

Reports listed in this category are used primarily for export. The number of columns in these reports does not easily support print to paper. The number of columns will be too large to print effectively.

The version includes all the same fields as the same export process in Release 2. The Release 2 Export Functions were built in Release 3 as InSight reports to:

  • Allow users to add or remove export columns as needed. To modify these reports, contact one of your InSight Pro users to copy the report and edit as needed.
  • Allow users to modify the export label names.
  • Allow users to create variations of the same export and yet maintain the original.
  • Increase ability to export larger files.

Export Classification Data
List of the Clients and Classification records. This pivot report is designed specifically to export the data.

  • Enterprise and Plus versions only.
  • When exported, there will be two header rows. Those can only be modified after the export if users desire to reduce that to one header row.
  • The number of Classifications adversely affects the amount of time this report takes to prepare the output. If the report times out, modify the filter to reduce the output.
