Tip: Uploading Images Works Best Performed Alone When it comes to records that have multiple panels, try to complete and save a panel before starting to edit another panel. Having only one panel in edit mode at a time improves processing time and prevents the possibility of data loss should something occur while multiple panels try to save at the same time. This is especially true of records that contain image files. |

Tip: Control + Click Opens Record in New Window (R3) Have you ever wanted to edit a record from your search list other than page one but after you edit the search list goes back to page one? Here is a tip on how to maintain your spot on the search list and still edit or view the record. Before you click the view or edit button for the record, hold the [CTRL] button while you mouse click. The record will open in a new tab of your browser. Edit and save the record as needed. Then close that browser tab. When you navigate back to the original tab, you will still be in the same location on your search list. This method works great when trying to edit several records in a row but those records are not on page one of your search results. |
