Certificate Text allows the creation of custom text used to print certificates for Clients via InSight. The text entered in the Certificate Text records can be merged with Client and Course data to provide great flexibility in creating completion, award, participation, honor, and just about any type of certificate.

Field Details

Certificate Name: Acts as both the identifier name of the Certificate Text template record and as the header/title section of the certificate report when printed. This field cannot be duplicated in more than one record and is a required field.

Line Text: Fields are user-defined text fields for adding from 1 to 3 text lines within the certificate report when merged. Not all three Line Text fields are required. Each has a specific sequential location on the final printed certificate.

Options available on the report screen determine the data merged with the Certificate Text fields.

Line 1 Text: This is to certify that
Line 2 Text: has successfully completed the course
Line 3 Text: and an internship using their new skills
