The Placement section allows users to:
- Track job placements for clients.
- Record relevant details such as placement status, start and end dates, and reasons for no-shows.
- Maintain notes and registration information related to the placement.
Important Note:
If attendance tracking is required for a placement activity, use the Courses and Assignments sections instead of Placements.
Placement Fields
- Job ID: ID number for the job being filled.
- Course Code: Full course ID and section ID, if applicable.
- Placement Status: Current status of the job placement.
- Registration Date: Date the client registered for the placement.
- Wait List Date: Date the client was added to the job placement waitlist.
- Start Date: Start date of the job placement.
- End Date: End date of the job placement.
- Reason for No Show: Reason the client did not attend the placement.
- Notes: Additional notes regarding the client’s job placement.
