Details

  • Test Name:  Name and Type of test pulled from user-defined Tests List select list. Required field.
  • Test Date: Date of Test. Required field.
  • Pre/Post: Is this test a Pre-Test (when first enrolled) or Post-Test (last test taken or used to calculate the gain from Pre-Test), or N/A (not applicable).
  • Form: Test Form.  See Tests List for details on Form optional data entry restrictions.
  • Level: Test Level.  See Tests List for details on Level optional data entry restrictions.
  • Subscores: If Subscore labels have been set for the Test selected, the Subscore labels will display.  Otherwise, the default labels will display.
  • Sub Scores (1-5): If the Total Score has sub-scores that are used to determine the value of the total score, these fields record those sub-scores.  For purposes of consistency, your organization should inform users which sub-scores should be used for certain tests such as a GED exam.
  • Weighted Subscores (1-5): If sub-scores are used, what percentage of the Total Test Score is calculated by each sub-score.  Numbers should be between 0 and 100.  Leave blank if sub-scores are added instead of weighted.
  • Derived Score: Automated calculation of the sub-scores.  The user cannot edit this field.
  • Total Score: This is the total score (not grade equivalent).  When the record is first created, this will be the same as the Derived Score.  Users may modify and enter a different Total Score. If sub-scores are later edited, the Derived Score will recalculate, but the Total Score will not. See Tests List for details on Minimum and Maximum optional data entry restrictions.
  • Grade Equivalent: Grade Equivalent of Test Score.  Use the Total Score field for scores that do not grade as equivalent scores.  See Tests List for details on Minimum and Maximum optional data entry restrictions.
  • Test Status: Test passing status.
  • Test Site: Site where the test was taken pulled from the user-defined Facility select list.
  • Test Administrator:  Staff person who administered test.
  • Notes: Test notes.
  • Exclude from NRS: If checked, the test record does not include in the NRS Recalculation and Export. Most NRS related features have been retired in Release 3.
