The Testing section allows users to:
- Record assessment test details for clients.
- Track scores, test administrators, and additional test-related information.
- Manage pre-test and post-test data for performance analysis.
Test Fields

Subscores:
- If subscore labels have been set for the selected test, they will display here. Otherwise, default labels will appear.
-
Sub Scores (1-5):
- Records sub-scores that contribute to the total test score.
- For consistency, organizations should define which sub-scores apply to specific tests (e.g., GED exams).
-
Weighted Subscores (1-5):
- Indicates what percentage of the total score is calculated by each sub-score.
- Numbers must be between 0 and 100. Leave blank if sub-scores are added rather than weighted.
-
Derived Score:
- Automated calculation of sub-scores. This field cannot be edited by users.
-
Total Score:

- Users can modify this field if necessary. Edits to sub-scores will recalculate the Derived Score, but the Total Score remains unchanged.
-
Grade Equivalent:
- Grade equivalent of the test score. Use the Total Score field for scores that do not convert to grade equivalents.
- Optional data entry restrictions for Minimum and Maximum values can be set in the Tests List.

-
Test Site:
- Location where the test was administered, pulled from the user-defined Facility select list.
-
Test Administrator:

-
Exclude from NRS:
- If checked, the test record is excluded from the NRS Recalculation and Export. Note: Most NRS-related features have been retired as of Release 3.
Key Notes
- Ensure the Test Name and Test Date fields are completed for accurate tracking.
- Sub-scores and weighted subscores should be consistent across similar tests to ensure reliable reporting.
- The Exclude from NRS checkbox should only be used for non-NRS-related tests.
