Field Details
- Letter Grade: Alpha characters allowed. Required field.

Grade Version: Used to manage different grading versions over time.
- Select a numeric value for all grades that belong to a specific version.
- Only up to 9 grading versions can exist.
- If a specific grade version is required for Client Assignments, assign the appropriate version number.
- To create a new version, add all the grading codes as new records and assign a new version number.
- The Branch Profile allows for a default version to automatically populate new Client Assignment records.
- When a user assigns a grade to a Client Assignment, the grading code will be restricted to the allowed list of grades.
- GPA Low: The lowest numeric GPA value for this grading code.
- GPA High: The highest numeric GPA value for this grading code.
- Percentage Grade High: The highest numeric percentage value for this grading code.
- Percentage Grade Low: The lowest numeric percentage value for this grading code.
- Scale: Defines where this grading code fits into the Grading Scale list (e.g., Excellent, Above Average, Average, Good).
- Rank: Defines where this grading code fits into the Grading Rank list (e.g., Honor Roll, Top 10 Percentile).
- Calculatable Grade: Determines if the grade should be included in transcript calculations.
- Withdrawal Grade: Identifies if the grade is considered a withdrawn grade.
- Grade Issued: Currently not used.

Restriction Admin: If Yes, restricts Final Grade entry via:
- Admin Menu → Course Functions → Add Grades
- Exit Assignments functions
- Grades are case-sensitive when this restriction is enabled.

- If Yes, grade entry in QuickTools becomes a select list.
- Prevents grade editing once recorded.
- Inactive: Marks the grading code as no longer valid.
