Enter a Course Code.
- This list is filtered based on the [Display in Popup] field in the Sessions table. Release 3 has a 24 minute cache when the display setting is changed.
- Optional: Add a Default Grade to auto-populate the grade field in the grid. This default will not overwrite any existing values.
- Optional: Add Default Hours to auto-populate the number of hours field in the grid. This default will not overwrite any existing values.
- Optional: Add Default Days to auto-populate the number of days field in the grid. This default will not overwrite any existing values.
- Optional: Add Default Credits to auto-populate the number of credits field in the grid. This default grade will not overwrite any existing values.
- Click CONTINUE to start the process or CANCEL to quit.
- Step 2 is a confirmation page of default settings. If the enrollment in the course section is greater than 100, then an additional option to select the [Records Group] displays. The function has an upper limit on the number of records that can be updated at one time, and the [Records Group] allows the user to select which group of records based on a numeric range.
- Enter or modify the data in the table grid.
- Click SAVE/CLOSE to save changes and close the window or CANCEL to close the window without saving the changes.
Note:
- If the Grading Codes table contains any grades tagged as "Restricted Included", the Final Grade field will be restricted to the allowed grade list. The list is case-sensitive. If restricted, the user will receive a prompt informing them an entered grade is invalid, displays the allowed grade list, and then returns the user to the prior window.
