Facility Settings

You can display a map link and directions to your campus locations.

Applies To:    Enterprise    Plus    Basic

Access the following display options at Main Menu > Selects > Facilities.

• Map URL:  There are two different methods of displaying a map link. If a URL is entered, when a client views the Course Detail page, the location text displays as a link to the URL entered into this field. 
  • Add a URL link to an internet map site. Copy and paste the URL for the map site using the address of the facility.
  • Add a URL link to a PDF document stored on your server. 
• Directions: If data is entered, a popup link will display on the Course Details page with the text entered here.
