Set up of payment gateways within XenDirect is performed by Xenegrade staff. Consult with support personnel about payment gateways prior to the setup and installation of your XenDirect site.
Note that Xenegrade does not have access to your payment gateway administration. Every payment gateway has different rules and policies. For the following issues, contact your payment gateway directly.
- Declined credit cards
- Duplicate payments (unless XenDirect also displays a duplicate payment)
- Declined refunds
- Payments not displaying in the gateway's transactions list
Enable Payment Gateway
Access this setting at Admin/Security > Settings > Web Options > Registrations.
If checked Yes, the payment gateway is enabled. Requires custom gateway security information installed prior to being enabled.
- Authorize, LinkPoint, Moneris, PayFlowPro, Realex, TouchNetReady: These direct payment gateways are readily available for use with an existing account.
- CashNet, TouchNet: These re-direct payment gateways are readily available for use with an existing account.
- InHouse: Allows the WebReg module to take registration and payments and record the payment information, but credit cards must be processed manually.
- NoFees: Allows the WebReg module to take registrations, but no payments are required, no payments are recorded, and fees do not display.
