On July 17, you can expect to find an email in your inbox that contains:
  • A "sneak peek" video of the new WebReg25. This video will display some of the newly designed pages in their beta form. We know how important the WebReg module is to your enrollments. For that reason, we are very excited to share this!
  • A roadmap list covering feature additions for the balance of 2025 through 2027.
  • A survey link on some very important data, including questions about AI. Your insights will directly influence the final design of several future features.
  • An introduction to a list of special support service options becoming available January 2026.

Policy Change to Invoice Payments
 

Starting July 1, 2025, Xenegrade will only accept accept credit card payments for invoices of $500 or less due to increased processing fees for both domestic and international transactions.

We will still accept the following payment options:
  • Checks
  • ACH (US only)
  • Credit Cards (invoice total + 5% fee, with approval)
  • Wire (international payments)
Please inform your accounting office of this change so they can make any payment modifications accordingly.

TIP: 
How to Obtain Data for the IRS 1098-T Form

 
The 1098-T is an IRS tax form provided by eligible educational institutions (colleges, universities, vocational schools) to students who paid qualified tuition and related expenses during the tax year. Although XenDirect does not print this form directly, the data required for the form can easily be obtained from XenDirect.

The process only requires that a user change a few field values. Once those changes are made, running an InSight transaction report with the proper filters will obtain the data required.

2025 Holiday
Office Closures

 
Xenegrade will be closed on the following days during 2025 so that employees can observe the holiday with their families. 

Memorial Day May 26 - reopen May 27
Independence Day July 4 - reopen July 7
Labor Day Sep. 1 - reopen Sep. 2
Thanksgiving Nov. 27-28 - reopen Dec. 1
Christmas Dec. 24-26 - reopen Dec. 29
New Years Dec 31-Jan. 2 - reopen Jan. 5

If there is an emergency where accessing XenDirect is unavailable during a time when the office is closed, submit a support ticket via the support center using the predefined emergency process.

  • News Email List: Join those who want to receive a notice whenever we post a news article. Be the first to know! You can subscribe here  . Once you opt-in, you are on the news email list until you decide to opt-out.
  • Status Website: If you have not seen or subscribed to the Service Status website , it is more important than ever to consider doing so. This website displays up-to-date server issues or scheduled maintenance that affect access to XenDirect modules. One of the key features of the status site is your ability to subscribe to the automated email list. Every time an update is made to the status site, all subscribers will receive an automated email related to the status update.
  • Application Updates:Don't forget to check the Updates section of the Support Center. Whenever updates are made to any XenDirect services, a post describing the change, addition, or fix is made. Release 3 deploys updates about every two weeks. Other services are about once per month or as needed.
