  WebReg 3.0 Update
and Transition Planning

So much has happened over the past few months, and we’re excited to share the latest update on the new WebReg module.

A tentative transition schedule is currently in development, with the migration process expected to begin in April 2026. Transitions will take place in weekly phases, with approximately 5–10 sites moving to the new module each week until all sites have been successfully migrated.

Organizations will receive several weeks’ advance notice prior to their scheduled transition. In addition, each organization will be provided with a temporary site ahead of their launch date, allowing time to complete setup, configuration, and branding before going live on the new module.

To support a smooth rollout, a small number of sites have been invited to participate as beta sites. These organizations will begin testing a live version of the new WebReg module toward the end of February, helping us validate functionality and fine-tune the experience before the broader transition begins.

We appreciate your patience and partnership as we work through this important upgrade. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, well-supported transition that delivers an improved experience for all users. Additional details and next steps will be shared as the transition schedule is finalized.

  New Status Site
 Improves Service

We’ve upgraded our service status site to provide faster, clearer, and more reliable communication. We are now using Atlassian Statuspage, a widely trusted platform designed to keep users informed during service interruptions and scheduled maintenance.

With this new status site, updates are posted more quickly and are easier to follow. Incident timelines and maintenance schedules are clearer, status indicators are more consistent, and the site remains accessible even during larger service events—when timely information matters most. Users can also subscribe to real-time notifications and choose how they want to receive updates.

Behind the scenes, the new platform helps our teams share accurate information more efficiently, which means better transparency and a more consistent experience for you. Overall, this upgrade gives us a stronger, more dependable way to keep you informed about system status and availability.
