Reporting Emergency Outages

To report emergency outages or when any of the XenDirect modules appear to be offline, the Xenegrade Support Center is designed to inform our support team of the critical situation.


First, please bookmark this page in your browser for future use. By bookmarking this page you will be able to easily get to the Support Center when XenDirect is not accessible.

You must submit outages from the Support Center. Emails sent to support do not have the proper tag to automatically text the support team of the critical issue. 

Use the steps demonstrated in this video to send an emergency support ticket. 

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your submission. All the members of the support team will receive an emergency text message to their phones informing them of the critical issue.

Please be patient while the support team locates and fixes the issue. When the critical issue occurs outside normal business hours, it may take the support team some time to get to an available computer.

You will receive a follow-up email once the support team either knows the issue and fixes it or discovers the issue may take some time to resolve.
