XenDirect is not a custom software application. However, Xenegrade understands that every organization is different and will consider customer submissions of custom features and reports. Consideration is made if the requested feature:
- Fits within the focus and market of Xenegrade as a company and XenDirect as a student registration system.
- Improves the software application in some manner.
- Can be designed generic enough that the feature has the potential to benefit more than one customer.
- Is feasible based on the resources required to complete the project without interfering with the regular course of business.
- Meets software development standards set by Xenegrade.
Please Note:
- Custom software changes are performed at the sole discretion of Xenegrade.
- Support staff that monitors the online ticket support system do not have the responsibility to submit or approve system modification suggestions.
- Customers that do not want to submit a custom request but would like Xenegrade to consider a change or addition to XenDirect can submit a suggestion using the [Submit Suggestion] feature built into XenDirect.
