The following list of status displays includes the most common reasons that affect the registration availability status of a course section.
Registration Available
All relevant fields are set to allow registrations. The course has not met the maximum enrollment. There are no waiting list assignments.
Waiting List Available
All relevant fields are set to allow registrations. The course has either met the maximum enrollment or there is at least one waiting list client registration.
Registration Ended
All relevant fields are set to allow registrations. However, the registration period for the course has passed. This is usually based on the course section start date.
Registration Not Available
One or more relevant fields are not set to allow registrations. Either the course registration date has not started yet, session dates restrict registration, or the cart button is disabled. This status is not based on enrollments.
Course Is Full
All relevant fields are set to allow registrations. However, the course section has met the maximum enrollment. If Waiting Lists are enabled, it is possible the Waiting List has met the maximum.
Course Cancelled
One or more relevant fields are not set to allow registrations. The most likely reason is the Course Status has been changed to Cancelled. This status is not based on enrollments.
