Variety of reports providing useful information for program analysis. 

Applies To:    Enterprise    Plus   Basic

• County Count:  Data pulls from the county as entered into the Client Residency.
• Marketing Codes:  Data pulls from the Marketing Code text field in Client Assignments.
• Marketing Sources Assignment:  Data pulls from the Marketing Source (How Heard) field in Client Assignments.  The report value "Unknown" covers blank values in the How Heard field.
  
• Marketing Sources Client:  Data pulls from the Marketing Source (How Heard) field in Client Intake/Exit.  The report value "Unknown" covers blank values in the How Heard field.
  
• Paid Count Matched:  Matched method will force the balance due calculation by matching course fees to revenue by matching Revenue Items.
  
• Paid Count Unmatched:  Unmatched method will force the calculation to be based on total fees and total revenue regardless of Revenue Items identified in both.
• Payment Method:  Data pulls from the "Payment Type" field of Client Payments.
• Postal Code:  Data pulls from the postal code associated with the Client Mailing address.
• Registration Days:  Pulls from number of days between registration date and course start date.
• Registration Method:  Data pulls from the "Registered By" field of Client Assignments.  The report value "Unknown" covers blank values in the Registered By field.
