Course Lists

Course Section list formatted reports.

• Course Running:  Searches for course sections running within the start and end dates selected.  If the start and end date range are the same, the search also checks if the course sections run on the specific day of the week.  All other searches ignore day of week.
• The Fee Group search field is ignored for the Equipment List and Door Sign templates.  The report operates as follows:
  • Missing Fees template:  Used to locate course sections missing the selected Fee Group.
  • Course List templates:  Used to select course sections only with the selected Fee Group.
• Display Fees: Enables or disables display of course section fees.  Report option is ignored on Course Only, Door Sign, Equipment and Missing Fees templates.  Fees template displays automatically.
• Templates include:
  • Course Only:  This report displays basic Course information only with no Section information.
  • Equipment:  List of equipment recorded for course section.
  • Detailed List 1 and 2: Detailed 2 also includes the course description and alternate description fields.  Detailed 1 does not include these.
  • Door Sign:  Prints an 8.5 X 11 page with basic course section details for posting at the door of the room where the class is being held that day.  The Search Date A field must equal "Course Running" and the start/end range must be the same date.  The report will display the date that the course is running.
  • Fees:  Displays list of fees for course sections.
  • Missing Fees:  Displays course sections that have no fees at all or are missing a fee for one or more fee groups.  Analysis compares only fees tagged as Include In Balance = Yes and where Revenue Item = Default Revenue Item set in Branch Profile.
  • List Summary:  Summary list of course sections with less detail.
  • Posting:  Summary list of courses with minimal detail and in larger font for posting.
