Field Details
- Display in Admin: Uncheck this field to prevent display as an option in the Admin Module.
- Allow Evaluation: For Plus and Enterprise versions, this field controls which status values are allowed to submit an online evaluation.
-
Include Payroll: This field is used to determine which status values will be included in calculations in the following locations:
- In payroll calculations when the Pay Method = By Student.
- In Auto Expense calculations for Payroll Expenses and Other Expenses when the Expense Method = By Student.
- Allow Prerequisite: Check this field to include the status in the acceptable "completed" values as for prerequisites.
-
Credit Status: Allows users to set how Enrollment Status affects the Client Transcript and other reports that display credits earned and credit type.
- The combination of the Client's Enrollment Status in their Assignment and the Credit Status determines which column of the transcript the credit displays.
- If Declined, Earned, or Pending is selected, the credits will display under the respective column on the transcript.
- If Ignored is selected, credits do not display in the transcript report.
- This field was added with the deployment of the InSight reporting feature. The field only affects Transcript and related InSight reports.
- Enrolled/Active status cannot be disabled.
- Enrolled/OnHold counts as an Active and enrolled status. The value exists to help identify an active assignment but for some special internal purpose.
- Applicant/Waiting List is used to identify clients in a waiting list status.
- If used, other Enrollment Status values cannot be disabled. To disable an Enrollment Status that has been used in Client Assignment records, use the Replace Status function to remove all existing uses of the Status and then disable display.
- Replace Status: This function will replace all Enrollment Status values matching the Target value with the Replacement value. Be sure you desire to make the replacement before running this function as the function cannot be canceled or undone once the process has started.
- Aggregate/Company: This status is used when adding an assignment to a corporate client that is going to be used for bulk enrollment, and the user does not want the assignment to calculate into the enrollment count.
-
Searches: When used as a search option, Active and Inactive may also be displayed. In these cases, Active and Inactive status values are defined as:
- Active: Enrollment Status values starting with "E".
- Inactive: Enrollment Status values starting with "C" and "D".
