Credit Card transactions are being declined

Credit cards are declined or approved based on reasons determined by your payment gateway vendor.  XenDirect does not contain the programming or information to make that determination.  XenDirect is used to communicate the payment transaction details to your gateway vendor and submit the status reply back from your payment gateway vendor.

If a credit card is declined, refer to the gateway log for details. The gateway log can provide you with information about the credit card denial. If the gateway log provides a denial code, you will need to contact your gateway provider to determine the meaning of the code.
