Prints reports for Credit Types and credit values for Course Sections or Clients.

• Templates InvoiceA:
  • Course Credits: Lists the value of the Earned Credits field from the Course Section.
    
  • Client Credits: Lists the value of the Earned Credits field from the Client Assignment.  Declined and Pending credits use the Earned Credits field from the Course Section.
    
• Templates InvoiceB/C:
  • Course Credits: Lists the values of the Credit Types records from the Course Section.
    
  • Client Credits: Lists the value of the Earned Credits field and Credit Type field from the Client Assignment. Declined and Pending credits use the Credit Types records from the Course Section only where the Credit Type matches the Credit Type listed in the Client Assignment.  If the Course Section does not contain the matching Credit Type, no values will calculate for Declined and Pending Credits.
    
• Report Options:
  • Course Credits template: Search and Report Options that are Client specific are ignored when the Course Credits template is used.
    
• Notes:
  • Declined Credits: Includes client assignments where the Enrollment Status starts with the letter "D".
  • Earned Credits: Includes client assignments where the Enrollment Status starts with the letter "C".
  • Pending Credits: Includes client assignments where the Enrollment Status starts with the letter "A" or "E".
