Visualizations - Enrollment (InSight)

Reports listed in the category are graphical in nature and often used inside other reports or dashboards. This category folder acts as a repository for these subreports away from other reports.

• Visualizations can be run independently from main reports, but may not contain any filters, titles, headers, page numbers, or other page formatting features.
• Visualizations are often the source for dashboard content.

Reports List:

• Age Generations:
  
  • Calculated based on the Client's Birth Date field and the date the report is run. 
  • Each Assignment counts as one.  The Assignment Quantity field is not used in the count calculation.
  • No defaults set.
  • Age Generations are based on the following:
    • Greatest Generation: Born <= 1944
      
    • Baby Boomer: Born 1945 - 1964
    • Generation X: Born 1965 - 1981
    • Generation Y: Born 1982 - 1995
    • Generation Z: Born 1996 - 2010
      
    • Generation Alpha: Born 2011 - current
    • Unknown: No birth date recorded
• Compare MinMax:
  • Calculated based on the Assignment Enrollment Status and the Course Section Min/Max Enrollment fields. Enrollment Status values starting with "E", "C", and "Aggregate/Company" are considered enrolled.  All other status values are considered not enrolled.
    
  • The Assignment Quantity field is used in the count calculation.

• Education Background:
  • Calculated based on the Client's Educational Background and related fields. 
  • Each Assignment counts as one.  The Assignment Quantity field is not used in the count calculation.

  • Calculated based on the Assignment Enrollment Status fields.
  • Each Assignment counts as one.  The Assignment Quantity field is not used in the count calculation.

• Top Clients by Change Rate:
  • Calculated based on the percent of Changed or Transferred enrollments compared to all enrollments.
    
  • Changed enrollments include 'Did Not Complete-Substituted' and 'Did Not Complete-Transferred'.
  • Enrollment Status and "RegFee" are ignored. 
  • Defaults to displaying only those clients with a greater than zero percent Change Rate.
• Top Clients by Drop Rate:
  • Calculated based on the percent of Dropped enrollments compared to all enrollments.
    
  • Dropped enrollments include 'Did Not Complete-Dropped', 'Did Not Complete-No Show', and 'Did Not Complete-Refunded'.
  • Enrollment Status and "RegFee" are ignored. 
  • Defaults to displaying only those clients with a greater than zero percent Drop Rate.
• Top Clients by Revenue:
  • Calculated based on the total amount of revenue per client. 
  • No default set.
• Top Clients by Session Count:
  • Calculated based on the number of Sessions a client is enrolled in any activity. 
  • Enrollment Status and "RegFee" are ignored. 
  • Defaults to displaying only those clients with a 5 or greater Session count.
