Basic

Includes all the course management, registration, student profile, email marketing, waitlists, financial tracking, discounting, dashboards, and reporting needed to successfully manage a continuing or adult education program.

Plus

Plus includes all the features of the Basic version plus online course evaluations, email scheduler, user-defined registration questions, student classifications, student test results, student funding, variable course fees, product sales, Facebook integration, course prerequisites, and a minimum payment option.

Enterprise

Our most popular version, Enterprise includes all the features of Plus and Basic and more including course price bundling, cross-selling, course corequisites, course sub requisites, conferences and workshops, daily attendance, registration enhancements, student outcomes/progress, online student inquiry link, course content completion, and student skills profiles.

Modules

There are three modules related to XenDirect.

Admin Module

The Admin module is the interface that customer users access to manage and report data. Students do not access this module. All licenses customers have access to the Admin module.

Web Registration Module

The WebReg module is the interface that students access to register for courses view their registration history. All licenses customers can have access to the WebReg module if desired.

QuickTools Module

The QuickTools module is the interface that instructors use to view a limited amount of registration data related to the courses they instruct. Students do not access this module. This module requires additional licensing.

API Module

The API module is a software intermediary that allows two applications to talk to each other. In this case, organizations could use the API to share XenDirect data with another application. For example, you could use the API to obtain course data and display it on a website. Typically, programming knowledge is required to use an API. This module requires additional licensing.
