The migration to the new Support Center started as scheduled last Friday. The company that performed the migration ran into some issues resulting in the migration process finishing on Sunday morning. As a result, we lost almost two days where we expected to be preparing the new center in time for the Monday workday. Instead, Monday we spent the entire day just trying to fix the knowledgebase and support email process so that at least it was up and running correctly. By the close of the business day, we were mostly there. However everything is not as we desire, so there will be much work taking place this week to catch up. Here are some things you should know about the current Support Center setup.
