Support Center Migration Update Status

The migration to the new Support Center started as scheduled last Friday. The company that performed the migration ran into some issues resulting in the migration process finishing on Sunday morning. As a result, we lost almost two days where we expected to be preparing the new center in time for the Monday workday.

Instead, Monday we spent the entire day just trying to fix the knowledgebase and support email process so that at least it was up and running correctly. By the close of the business day, we were mostly there. However everything is not as we desire, so there will be much work taking place this week to catch up.

Here are some things you should know about the current Support Center setup.
  • Emergency notifications are not yet enabled.
  • Context-sensitive links in Release 3 and Release 2 remain broken.
  • Images in support articles are broken.
  • Some support articles are out of order.
These issues are the focus of this week. You can expect to see changes and improvements each day this week. Thank you for your patience as we get the Support Center back in order.
