Create Multiple Assignments

The Create Multiple Assignments function allows users to add multiple assignments to a single client or multiple clients efficiently. This includes assignments for courses, bundles, conferences, and memberships. Follow these steps to complete the process.

Step 1: Add Optional Information

  1. Fill in any optional fields, including:
    • How Heard
    • Registered By
  2. If invoicing a company, ensure all relevant details are entered.
  3. Click Next to proceed.

Step 2: Select the Assignment

  1. Choose the Client.
  2. Select the Service Type from the available options:
    • Course
    • Bundle
    • Conference
    • Product
    • Prepaid
    • Membership
  3. If selecting a course:
    • Choose the Course.
    • Select the corresponding section.
  4. To add multiple assignments, repeat the selection process for additional clients, courses, or services.
  5. Confirm that all assignments appear under Selected Assignments.
  6. Click Next to continue.

Step 3: Modify Assignment Details

  1. Adjust details as needed, including:
    • Enrollment Status
    • Start Dates
    • Quantities
    • Status Code
  2. Default values can typically remain unchanged.
  3. Click Next to proceed.

Step 4: Review and Submit

  1. Carefully review all selections for accuracy.
  2. Click Submit to complete the process.
  3. A confirmation message will appear once assignments are successfully created.

Key Notes

  • Optional fields like "How Heard" and "Registered By" provide useful context but are not required.
  • Ensure service type selection and assignment details are correct to prevent errors.
  • Multiple assignments can be added in one session by repeating the selection process before submission.
