Updates - WebReg - Release 3 - 2026

Updates for the XenDirect WebReg Module (Release 3)

The modifications, additions, and fixes listed below this statement are live on Beta sites as of the date listed. Xenegrade will test each of these items. As a Beta user, you can also test each of these items and report any issues you encounter via a separate support ticket per issue. Once the first sites migrate to GoLive, the updates posted here will be based on what is live on production sites and not what is deployed to the beta sites.

September 4 , 2026

MODIFICATIONS / ADDITIONS

  • Settings (all versions)
    • Filters: The ability to determine if the search list opens with or without data has been added.
    • Navigation: The second and third header menus are now center aligned.
  • Cart (all versions)
    • The Course Code is now a clickable link to navigate to the Course Display page.

FIXES

  • Settings (all versions)
    • Filters: 
      • The Category, Session, and Program filters now correctly only display values based on those set as Display Online = Yes.
      • The issue preventing a user from disabling the Price Filter is resolved.
    • Pages:
      • The error when moving Sections within a Page is resolved.
    • Logo: The displayed value has been corrected to display the actual value being used.
  • Course Display (all versions)
    • The field display settings that were being ignored are resolved.
    • The Recently Viewed bread crumbs now displays the Course Title and not the Course Code.
  • MyAccount (all versions)
    • Registrations: The Change and Drop features no longer support a change/drop to a course section with no dates.
  • Cart (all versions unless otherwise listed)
    • Discounts:
      • The issue preventing the discount calculation when a Workshop is added is resolved. (Enterprise version)
      • The Early Registration discount issue ignoring the Fee Group criteria is resolved.
      • The issue where the main invoice line item rate is being altered rather than the addition of a discount line item is resolved.
      • The order summary display on the Payment page now displays the discounts, variable fees, and Section ID per course.
    • Status: The scenarios where Course Full status display rather than Waiting List Available is resolved.
    • Conflicts: If a conflicted course is removed, the cart list now automatically refreshes.
    • Navigation: When a client adds an item to their cart and then logs in, they are now redirected to the cart page.
  • Checkout (all versions)
    • Confirmation: 
      • The issue dropping the Client Email 2 value on an email confirmation is resolved.
      • The content of the email confirmation has been modified to better match WebReg 2.
    • Custom Questions: 
      • The issue preventing the enforcement of required questions is resolved.
      • The issue preventing Question Frequency not enforced when multiple courses are in the Cart is resolved.
    • Payments: The incorrect format (w/ alpha characters) for transactions numbers is resolved.
    • Checkout Review: The incorrect display issues of purchases is resolved.
    • Completion Page and Email Confirmation: The issue displaying an incorrect payment amount is resolved.

MODIFICATIONS / ADDITIONS

  • Cart (all versions)
    • The ability to enabled/disable Conflict Checking feature has been added. This setting is in Branch Web Options within the Admin module.
    • Cart recalculation now also occurs when a waitlisted course is added to the cart.
  • Navigation (all versions)
    • The [Home] menu link no longer displays if the site does not have an assigned home page.
  • Status (all versions)
    • The new "There are no registration slots available for this activity" has been removed. The list status values now matches WebReg 2 values.

FIXES

  • Cart (all versions)
    • The process checks when a course is being added to the cart now correctly checks the time zone setting in the Branch Profile.
  • Canvas (if enabled)
    • The timestamp on a successful send process is resolved.
  • Login (all versions)
    • The issue preventing the login display page is resolved.
  • MyAccount (all versions)
    • Member Accounts:
      • The issue preventing the Add New button is resolved.
      • The clickable email value in a Member record has been removed so that the email displays but is not actionable.
    • Memberships: The ability to view and manage Memberships has been added. (Enterprise and Plus versions)
    • Client Profile:
      • The inability to save Client Family information is resolved.
      • Several additional form field display settings that were being ignored are resolved.
      • The missing label for Email 2 is resolved.
      • The inability to save the profile due to an error on the Ethnicity field is resolved.
      • The issue rejecting all Grade field values is resolved.
      • The failure to save SSN values in the correct format is resolved.
    • Registrations:
      • The incorrect dates displayed in the Registrations list are resolved.
      • The missing Section ID value is resolved.
      • The Course Drop and Change options also now update the Course Section Handcount value.
    • New Account: The Consent option now longer displays HTML code in the instructions.
    • Client Programs: The missing start and end dates labels are resolved. (Enterprise version)
  • Navigation (all versions unless otherwise noted)
    • Products: The issue causing no products to show when the menu item is clicked is resolved. (Enterprise and Plus versions)
    • Conferences: The issue causing no conferences to show when the menu item is clicked is resolved. (Enterprise version)
  • Inquiry Forms (all versions)
    • The missing Captcha requirement on forms is resolved.
  • Page Views (all versions)
    • The missing Client's IP address in the Page Views log is resolved.
  • Calendar (all versions)
    • The issue causing all courses to display on Sunday is resolved.

MODIFICATIONS / ADDITIONS

  • Settings / Search Settings (all versions)
    • The Age Filter now has options to disable specific age bands.
    • The Learning Provider Filter now automatically determines the list options based on what Vendor is in the current list of offered and searchable courses.
  • Status Display (all versions)
    • The [Display Cart Text] feature was added to all locations where the status would display.

FIXES

  • Safari Browser (all versions)
    • The issues related to some button and field displays in the page layout are resolved.
  • Cart (all versions)
    • Several locations that monitor the cart timeout value have been modified to all be the same.
  • Client Profile (all versions)
    • Several of the form field display settings that were being ignored on the Client's Profile form are resolved.
    • The Client Profile form now allows duplicate emails.
  • Login (all versions)
    • An issue related to duplicate client emails is resolved.

MODIFICATIONS / ADDITIONS

  • Subcategory (all versions)
    • Subcategory has been added as an additional and optional search results display option. This uses the new Subcategory field added to the Course Categories select list.
  • Summary Display (all versions)
    • When a user clicks the Summary button of search results, the display will show all fees instead of a summary of the fees.
  • Client Password (all versions)
    • The password criteria was modified to match the settings set for Clients in the Admin module.
  • Settings / Logo (all versions)
    • The ability to select one of three size settings for the logo is added.

FIXES

  • Checkout (all versions)
    • The issue where the checkout process requested payment information on a cart with no balance is resolved.
  • Cart (all versions)
    • The issue preventing removal of items on the cart is resolved.
    • The issue causing an old cart contents to display is resolved.
