Subcategory (all versions)
- Subcategory has been added as an additional and optional search results display option. This uses the new Subcategory field added to the Course Categories select list.

Summary Display (all versions)
- When a user clicks the Summary button of search results, the display will show all fees instead of a summary of the fees.
