Billing

Allows a client to choose to bill the entire total amount of a WebReg purchase.  This feature is available for InvoiceB/C Payment method only.

Applies To:    Enterprise    Plus    Basic

• From Admin/Security > Settings > Web Options, set the Enable Billing to Yes.
• From Main Menu > Clients > Client Info > Other panel, set the Credit Limit to the maximum amount allowed.  This is the total amount of credit the client will have for all transactions and registrations.  Must be a positive number.
• When enabled, the client will see an option to bill on the payment screen of the WebReg module when these additional conditions are met:
  • The client's Credit Limit minus any current balances due is greater than the total due.
  • The client is not electing to pay less than the amount due via the Minimum Deposit option. To use the billing option, billing must be for the entire total amount due for the current transaction.  Do not confuse this option with the option when a client elects to pay less than the total amount using the optional Minimum Deposit feature.
