Overview

Provides a calendar view of course sections based on start date in either a monthly or weekly format.

• Only course sections up to 3 months in the past and 12 months into the future from the current date will display. The feature searches up to a maximum of 1,000 course sections for this date range.

Details 

• Calendar defaults to Week view when first opened using the current date as the starting date.
• Only course sections with a status of Offered and Cancelled are displayed.  If Cancelled, red "Cancelled" displays next to course code.
  
• Conferences will display, but workshops do not display.
• Use the Month View or Week View to change between the two views.  The left bar of each week can also be used to navigate between Month View and Week View.
• Hover over a course title to view a popup of the course section details.  The popup will remain for a few seconds and then will automatically close.  The user can also click the Close link in the popup to close the form.
• Click the course title to be redirected to the view mode of the Course Section.
• In Month View, change the Month or Year setting to filter the calendar for a different time frame.  The user can also use the Previous Month and Next Month links to change months.
• In WeekView, change the Week setting to filter the calendar for a different time frame.  The user can also use the Previous Week and Next Week links to change weeks.
