How to View Available Ed2Go Offerings

The available Ed2Go offerings are updated using a download function. Only the courses and sections Ed2Go has available for your organization will be downloaded.

Release 3

Go to Tools > Course Functions > Manage Ed2Go. If the menu option does not display, contact your system administrator to enable permission for this menu option.
Click on the [Ed2Go Sections] tab button.
Click the [Download Ed2Go] function.
- The download function will download new offerings and update course descriptions for any courses already in the Ed2Go catalog listing.
After download, search as desired to display currently available course offerings.
Click on the view button in any course row to view the sections offerings available. While in view mode, if a course URL is displayed, you can click the URL to open a new window with the Ed2Go course details from the Ed2Go website. Both ILC and CTP courses will display if downloaded.

Go to Admin Menu »» Course Functions »» Manage Ed2Go. If the menu option does not display, contact your system administrator to enable permission for this menu option.
To download, click the [Download] toolbar function and select the type: ILC or CTP. Click [Submit] to download.
- The download function will download new offerings and update course descriptions for any courses already in the Ed2Go catalog listing.
After download, search as desired to display currently available course offerings.
Click on the view button in any course row to view the sections offerings available. While in view mode, if a course URL is displayed, you can click the URL to open a new window with the Ed2Go course details from the Ed2Go website. Both ILC and CTP courses will display if downloaded.
If you click the course code and there is a matching XenDirect course, you will navigate to the XenDirect view course screen.
In the blue title bar, a count of the number of sections that are available will display along with a count of the number of those sections currently being offered by your organization.
