Xenegrade will be performing server restart at 11:00 AM ET 1/24/2022. This server restart should be completed by 11:10 AM ET.
During this restart window, Xenegrade will be restarting only the servers that handle Release 3 and the WebReg modules. The restart is being performed during regular working hours due to an issue that is preventing images from displaying on the WebReg modules.
- Release 3 Administrative Module: Users logged in and users that attempt to log in may experience browser messages that the server they are seeking may not be available. Release 3 will also appear slow when first logging in while it re initializes.
- WebReg Module: Clients logged in and users that attempt to log in may experience browser messages that the server they are seeking may not be available.
Thank you for your understanding during this unexpected server restart. Under normal circumstances we do not restart servers during regular business hours.
