Server Maintenance Scheduled 12/12/2021

Xenegrade will be performing routine maintenance on the servers in the Data Center from 7:00 am to 9:00 am ET on Sunday, December 12, 2021. Scheduled maintenance should be completed by 9:00 am ET that morning. 

During this maintenance window, Xenegrade will be restarting servers. What this means:
  • Administrative Module and QuickTools Module: Users logged in and users that attempt to log in may experience browser messages that the server they are seeking may not be available.
  • WebReg Module: Clients logged in and users that attempt to log in may experience browser messages that the server they are seeking may not be available.
  • ODBC: Users logged in will be disconnected from the server.
There may be temporary outages during this maintenance, but should not last more than 10-15 minutes at a time. It could be less.

This maintenance contains important system-level security and performance improvements for the continued successful operations of the Xenegrade software applications.
