Delete One Client

This function will delete one client and all related tables or make their profile anonymous in one step. Bulk delete of multiple clients in one process is not supported in Release 3.

Details

  • If Deleted: All references to the Client in all tables are deleted using this process.

  • If Anonymous: Fields that could identify the client are removed or modified.
    • Note that the "Anonymous" option in Release 3 is no longer on this function. The Anonymous workflow is now in the list of actions when on the Client Search Results list.
    • The client's first name is changed to "Person".
    • The client's last name is changed to "Anonymous".
    • Deleted field values: Name Prefix, Middle Name/Initial, Name Suffix, Nick Name, Maiden Name, Guardian, SSN, Alt IDs, Photo, Addresses except for postal code, Company, Phones, Emails, URL, PA Case Number, Salesforce ID, License Details, Vehicle Details, Bank Name and Account, Username, and Password.
    • Any other identifying records, documents, or images would be handled manually by a user.
  • A client will not be able to utilize the WebReg module with this account or obtain a transcript after this function is run.
  • There is no recovery option once the delete process has started.
  • With both methods, data is not deleted or modified in prior data backups. Data in backups exists until the regular cycle of backups occurs and older backup files are deleted. The current backup cycle is sixty (60) days.

To  Delete One Client

  • Click on the Delete One Client menu option.

  • Enter the desired Client ID.

  • Select the Delete or Anonymous method.
  • Click OK to start the delete process or Close to quit.
