- After the report is completed, Xenegrade can maintain edit permissions for the report or change the edit permissions to one of your InSight Pro users. If Xenegrade maintains the edit rights, future changes to the report by Xenegrade may incur a cost. If you obtain the edit rights, changes made by your InSight Pro user do not have an additional cost. However, you also assume all responsibility for the report design at that point.

How does the process work?
Once you approve the scope of services, we schedule the development of the certificate report. When ready for review, the report will display under the InSight > Local menu. You can then provide feedback on changes that are required that fit within the scope of services. The back and forth review process is limited to two iterations. Any changes after final approval may incur an additional cost.
After approval, the report can be made available to your users to print from within the XenDirect Admin module. If the certificate will be available to students via the WebReg module, that process begins now. That process usually that takes 2-3 days to complete. Students access their certificates via the myAccount > Registrations area of the WebReg module once they log in.
