Data Backups at License Termination
Upon the end of your licensing, Xenegrade will create a backup of your data and email a link to download the file.
- The process may take 1-2 weeks to prepare the file.
- Once you have been provided of the download link, the download will only be active for seven day. For security reasons, we remove the file from the downloads folder after the seventh day.

Format:
- The file consist of a SQL backup file.
- A technician will need to convert the file from a SQL .bak format to a database format.
- Note: If your organization participated in the "carry overs" each year, your will see a separate database per program year.

Alternative Option:
- The InSight menu contains several export options if just the basic client and registration data is desired. A user can run download these exports into an Excel or CSV format before the licensing expiration date.
