WebReg 3.0: Secure Your Spot on the Schedule

We know many of you are eager to begin using WebReg 3.0, and we are just as eager to begin rolling it out. While the launch timeline remains a bit later than we originally hoped, our current expectation is to begin a phased launch in the July/August timeframe.

Because this will be a phased rollout, WebReg 3.0 will not be deployed to all customers at once. Instead, a limited number of customers will be scheduled each week. This approach allows our team to manage each transition more carefully, monitor deployments closely, and provide the support needed as customers move into the new system.

We are actively building the deployment schedule now, and your input is an important part of that process. If your organization has not yet submitted a preference, please submit a support ticket and let us know whether you would prefer to be scheduled before or after September 1. While we may not be able to accommodate every request exactly as submitted, receiving your preference gives us a much better chance of building a rollout schedule that works well for your organization.

WebReg 3.0 represents a major step forward, with a modernized registration experience, improved mobile usability, enhanced accessibility, and a cleaner process for both students and staff. We appreciate your patience as we move through the final stages of preparation, and we strongly encourage you to submit your scheduling preference soon so your organization can be considered as we finalize the rollout plan.

New Help Center and Ticket System Launches in August

We are pleased to share that our new Help Center and ticket system will launch in August as we move from Kayako to Zendesk. This change is more than a platform switch. It is an upgrade designed to give us a stronger foundation for customer support, help center content, and long-term service improvements. Zendesk is built around centralized ticket management, self-service knowledge resources, and support workflows that help teams respond more efficiently and scale more effectively.

For customers, this transition will support a more modern help experience and a better path for future enhancements. Zendesk’s platform is designed to support organized help center content, easier access to knowledge base resources, and workflows that connect support and self-service more closely. Zendesk also emphasizes secure, reliable service operations as part of its platform approach, which is an important part of why we see this as a meaningful upgrade.

As we get closer to launch, we will share additional information about what to expect and any steps customers may need to take. For now, we simply wanted to let you know that this upgrade is on the way and that we believe it will provide a better support foundation for the future. We look forward to launching the new Help Center in August and building on it over time.

What Are Your
         Fast Five?

Every continuing education office has them — those key numbers you want to know quickly, sometimes before the coffee is even finished. Maybe it is today’s registrations, outstanding balances, enrollment by course, drops and withdrawals, or daily revenue. Whatever your go-to numbers may be, we want to know your Fast Five: the five most important daily stats you use to manage your CE operation.

Why are we asking? Because the answers will help guide the XenDirect dashboards planned for release this fall. We want those dashboards to deliver the information that matters most to you, not just what we think looks impressive on a screen. Your feedback will help us build dashboard tools that are practical, useful, and targeted to the way customers actually work each day.

Please send us your Fast Five by submitting a support ticket through the Help Center. Tell us the top five daily stats you rely on most, and feel free to include a brief note about why they matter. No complicated format is required — just send us the numbers you watch most closely, and we will use that input to help shape the next generation of XenDirect dashboards.

ed2go Price Changes Scheduled to Update July 1

We want to make customers aware of an upcoming ed2go pricing update affecting Advanced Career Training (ACT) courses. According to ed2go, new catalog pricing will take effect on July 1, 2026. To help keep customer catalogs aligned with these changes, we will perform an automated update to pricing in the ed2go catalog within XenDirect.

This update is intended to help simplify the transition and reduce the need for customers to manually review and adjust large numbers of course prices. ed2go has advised partners using an API to ensure calls are made early on the morning of July 1 so that products and pricing reflect the updated catalog values. Our automated process will be scheduled accordingly so customers using the ed2go catalog can stay current with the new pricing.

Ed2go has also indicated that partners may make catalog price changes daily, leading up to the July 1 update. However, for customers relying on the automated catalog process, we wanted to let you know that this pricing update is already planned. If you have questions about how this may affect your catalog, please submit a support ticket through the Help Center.

TIP: How to Prepare for WebReg 3.0

WebReg 3.0 is coming, and we want you to have time to prepare for a smooth transition. To help with that process, you will receive two weeks of advance access before your migration date. This early access period is intended to give your team time to review the new site, complete setup, and make branding and configuration updates before WebReg 3.0 becomes your live registration environment.

During that preparation window, you should plan to review key settings and make any desired updates to items such as colors, layout, header, footer, links, and other configuration options. This is the ideal time to make sure the site reflects your branding, includes the right navigation and information, and is ready for users when the migration takes place. A little preparation during the advance access period will help make the move to WebReg 3.0 much easier and more successful.

We expect to have a new Help Center article available within the next week that will provide more detailed guidance on the migration process and recommended preparation steps. That article will serve as a helpful reference as you begin getting ready for your move to WebReg 3.0. We encourage you to watch for that additional information and use the advance access period to make the most of the transition.
