We are excited to share that we are beginning the scheduling process for customer migrations to WebReg 3.0, the biggest and most significant WebReg update we have released in more than a decade. This is a major step forward for the WebReg platform, and we are now preparing customers for the phased migration process. The lead contact for each customer will receive a ticket submission with a tentative migration start date. This ticket will be used to confirm the correct lead contact, review the proposed schedule, and identify any dates or time periods that should be avoided. These may include major registration periods, holidays, internal deadlines, staff availability concerns, or other blackout dates. The first migrations are scheduled to begin on August 10. This week, we are concentrating on customers whose migrations are expected to take place during August and early September. Customers included in this first scheduling group should watch for a ticket with their tentative date and respond with any scheduling concerns or updates to their lead contact information. By the end of July, every customer will be contacted with more information about their migration schedule. Our goal is to make the process clear, organized, and manageable for each customer as we move toward WebReg 3.0. This release represents years of planning, development, and improvement, and we look forward to helping each customer take advantage of the updated experience. |
