• Higher Education Name: College, university, or higher education name pulled from user-defined Company list. Required field.

• Tech Prep:  If part of a Tech Prep or college exchange program pulled from user-defined Tech Prep select list.

• Advisor:  Name of Higher Education Advisor.

• Reason Left: Reason client left pulled from user-defined Termination Reasons select list.
