The Referrals section allows users to:

  • Record client referrals to external organizations or internal departments.
  • Track referral details using the user-defined Company list.

Referral Field

  • Referral:
    • The organization or department the client is referred to.
    • Pulls from the user-defined Company list.
    • Required field.

  • Ensure the Referral field is completed to track the organization or department accurately.
