This function has been replaced with the Exit Assignments function in the same Admin Menu grouping.
Overview
This utility uses a table format to allow update of Assignment grades and some exit information for an entire course enrollment on one screen.
Details
The following fields are available for edit.
- Number of Hours
- Number of Days
- Final Exam Grade
- Final Grade/GPA
To Modify Assignment Fields
- Select a Session to narrow the course code list.
- Enter a Course Code.
- Optional: Add a Default Grade to auto populate the grade field in the grid. This default will not overwrite any existing values.
- Optional: Add a Default Hours to auto populate the number of hours field in the grid. This default will not overwrite any existing values.
- Optional: Add a Default Days to auto populate the number of days field in the grid. This default will not overwrite any existing values.
- Click CONTINUE to start the process or CANCEL to quit.
- Enter or modify the data in the table grid.
- Click SAVE/CLOSE to save changes and close the window or CANCEL to close the window without saving the changes.
Note:
- If the Grading Codes table contains any grades tagged as "Restricted Included", the Final Grade field will be restricted to the allowed grade list. The list is case sensitive. If restricted, the user will receive a prompt informing them an entered grade is invalid, displays the allowed grade list, and then returns the user to the prior window.
